万寿镇电管站是辽宁省建平县最早的电管站之一。由于60年代办电受经济条件及诸多因素的影响,供电的可靠性极差,难以适应农村经济发展的需求。为此,该站在县农电局和电管总站的统筹运作下,全面规划,超前安排,开始了对全镇低压电网的全面整改工作。截止1995年,他们共筹集资金100多万元,更新高能耗变压器51台,低压线路136千米,更换防老化接户线128千米,使低压电网完好率达到100％。 为了加大科学管理的力度,减轻农民的用电负担,他们首先严格地履行了营业工作程序,实行了科学化管理。建立健全了抄、核、收工作程序,实行微机制单,提高了工作效率和工作质量;实行了双卡制:一张为电
Wanshou Town Power Station is one of the earliest power station in Jianping County, Liaoning Province. Due to the influence of economic conditions and many factors, the reliability of power supply was extremely poor, and it was difficult to adapt to the needs of rural economic development.
