我国市场经济发展迅速,尤其是施工行业所面临的挑战和困难越来越大,在人力成本控制方面存在一定问题。现阶段来看,我国建筑业整体水平偏低,生产手段不够先进且产业化程度不够高。对于有建筑行业企业的产品价值问题,必须加以改革和创新。基于价值工程的人力成本控制能够促进国民经济的发展,提高建筑企业的核心竞争力。笔者将根据相关工作经验,通过建筑项目价值工程的成本控制理论来分析存在的问题,不断降低成本措施,指出建筑行业中推广应用价值工程的潜在研究方向。
The rapid development of China’s market economy, in particular, the construction industry is facing more challenges and difficulties, there are some problems in the control of manpower costs. At this stage, the overall level of China’s construction industry is low, the means of production are not advanced enough and the degree of industrialization is not high enough. For the construction industry, the value of the product of the enterprise, we must reform and innovation. Labor cost control based on value engineering can promote the development of national economy and improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises. Based on the relevant work experience, the author analyzes the existing problems through the cost control theory of the construction project value engineering and continuously reduces the cost measures. The author points out the potential research directions of promoting the value engineering in the construction industry.
