今天有幸参加了学校第二阶段的微课研讨活动。反思如下:教学从“俭”中抓住主要问题,普及素质教育。经常听到一些课程环节花样很多,老师在课堂中使劲浑身解数想从一节课中什么都抓住,什么都让学生学习会、学习深刻。可是,我认为事物的发展我们不能胡子眉毛一把抓,一节课把握主要矛盾、解决重难点教学。让学生学的轻松愉悦就是最好的课堂效果。今早是周五,一周前备的课现在在星期五已经提炼到最好的环节衔接和时间安排,我上课的语言
