自2007年6月《劳动合同法》颁布以来,北京友谊宾馆积极推进这项法律在企业的全面贯彻落实,深入细致地开展了多项工作。高度重视,精心组织,深入学习宣传宾馆专门成立实施《劳动合同法》领导小组、工作小组,领导小组由宾馆领导、各部门负责人组成,由领导小组统筹协调宾馆在实施《劳动合同法》过程当中的重大问题。工作小组成员由宾馆人力资源管理、劳动关系协调、用工人数较多的部门负责人组成,以便准确了解、掌握宾馆的劳动关系
