近年来,海外对华R&D投资对东道国的技术外溢问题逐渐引起学界关注。本文创新地将海外R&D投资和本土企业创新能力引入经验模型,对1999-2004年13个高技术产业的面板数据进行回归分析。检验结论表明,海外R&D投资一定程度上有助于本土企业创新能力提升,但这种影响弱于本土企业自身的R&D投入;而外资企业过高的市场占有率则会对本土企业创新形成“挤出效应”。文章还在实证结论的基础上提出了对策建议。
In recent years, the technology spillover from overseas R & D investment to host countries gradually aroused academic attention. This paper innovatively introduces overseas R & D investment and local enterprises’ innovation ability into the empirical model, and regresses the panel data of 13 high-tech industries from 1999 to 2004. The test results show that the overseas R & D investment helps to some extent enhance the innovation capability of local enterprises, but the impact is weaker than the R & D investment of local enterprises themselves. However, the excessive market share of foreign-funded enterprises leads to the formation of “ Extrusion effect ”. The article also put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the empirical conclusions.
