目的分析2009~2010年梅州市不同年份、职业类别放射工作人员接受外照射剂量水平。方法采用热释光剂量方法进行定期监测。结果 2009~2010年梅州市有效监测放射工作人员共1 135人次,集体剂量当量为105.3(人.mSv),人均年剂量当量为0.09mSv/a,低于标准规定的放射性职业照射年平均有效剂量限值。其中医用X射线诊断工作人员受照剂量较大,人均年剂量当量为0.13mSv/a;受照剂量较小的是工业应用工作人员,人均年剂量当量为0.05mSv/a。不同级别医疗卫生单位放射工作人员人均年剂量当量不同,受照剂量较大的为县、镇级医院,较低的为市级医院。结论梅州市放射工作人员受照剂量水平较低。其中医疗卫生单位工作人员是今后放射卫生防护的重点,尤其是县、镇级医疗卫生单位的放射工作人员。
Objective To analyze the radiation dose levels of radiation workers of occupational categories in different years from 2009 to 2010 in Meizhou City. Methods The thermoluminescence dose method was used for regular monitoring. Results A total of 1 135 active radiation monitoring workers were employed in Meizhou City from 2009 to 2010, with a collective dose equivalent of 105.3 (mSv) and a per capita annual equivalent dose of 0.09 mSv / a, lower than the annual average effective dose of radioactive occupational exposure Limits. Among them, medical X-ray diagnosis staff received a larger dose of radiation with a per capita annual dose equivalent of 0.13mSv / a; those with a small dose of exposure were industrial application workers with a per capita annual equivalent dose of 0.05mSv / a. Conclusion The radiation dose of radiation workers in Meizhou City is low. Among them, the staff of medical and health units are the focus of radiation protection in the future, especially radiological staff of county and town medical and health units.
