目的:对鱼腥草注射液中的挥发性成分进行分析。方法:采用“顶空-气相色谱-质谱”法对6个生产厂家的鱼腥草注射液中挥发性成分进行鉴定。结果:鱼腥草注射液中共分离出31个组分,经NIST谱库检索,鉴定出30个成分,主要共有成分有:甲醇、戊醛、己醛、3-甲基-6-甲乙酮-环己烯、辛醛、正丁醇、乙酸龙脑酯、甲基正壬酮和1-十二烯醛,未检出癸酰乙醛(即:鱼腥草素)。发现普遍存在溶剂残留的问题,检测到最主要的有机溶剂为甲醇。结论:该研究结果表明,在鱼腥草注射液的标准中应该增加甲醇溶剂残留的检查项目以控制产品质量。
Objective: To analyze the volatile components in Houttuynia cordata injection. Methods: The volatile components of Houttuynia Cordata Thunb. Injection from 6 manufacturers were identified by the method of “headspace - gas chromatography - mass spectrometry”. Results: Thirty-one components were isolated from Houttuynia cordata injection and 30 components were identified by NIST library. The main constituents were methanol, valeraldehyde, hexanal, 3-methyl-6-methyl ethyl ketone Hexene, octylaldehyde, n-butanol, bornyl acetate, methyl-n-nonanone and 1-dodecenal. No decanoylacetaldehyde (ie, houttuynyl) was detected. The common problem of solvent residue was found. The main organic solvent detected was methanol. CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study show that the Houttuynia injection injection standard should be increased in methanol solvent residue inspection program to control product quality.
