针对测量造型技术中的散乱数据处理问题,提出了一个实用的散乱数据规则化方法。该方法基于散乱数据的三角剖分,建立五次C1 三角插值曲面,用平行平面截取三角曲面得到截面线数据,对截面线数据进行去重点、光顺、匀化等处理,得到规则的四边形网格数据。该方法已经应用于实际工程中,具有简单、有效、通用性强、稳定性好等特点。
Aiming at the problem of scattered data processing in measurement modeling technology, a practical method of random data regularization is proposed. The method is based on triangulation of scattered data, establishes five C1 triangular interpolation surfaces, intercepts the triangular surface with a parallel plane to obtain section line data, and focuses, smoothes and homogenizes the section line data to obtain a regular quadrangular mesh Lattice data. The method has been applied to the actual project, with simple, effective, versatile, good stability and so on.
