目的探讨氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗肺气肿合并肺心病的临床效果。方法将80例肺气肿合并肺心病的患者随机分成观察组和对照组,两组患者均给予内科常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗,对比观察两组患者治疗有效率及心功能指标变化。结果两组患者治疗效果满意,治疗有效率比较,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);心功能指标均有所改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗肺气肿合并肺心病患者临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of losartan combined with cAMP on pulmonary emphysema complicated with pulmonary heart disease. Methods Eighty patients with pulmonary emphysema complicated with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were given routine medical treatment. The observation group was treated with losartan and corticosteroid, The two groups of patients with treatment efficiency and cardiac function changes. Results The two groups of patients were satisfied with the treatment effect and the effective rate of treatment was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). The cardiac function indexes improved and the observation group was better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion losartan combined with cyclic adenosine monophosphate meglumine treatment of pulmonary emphysema patients with pulmonary heart disease significant clinical efficacy, it is worth promoting the application.
