吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州科技情报所副研究员严哲诛等同志,多年来探索将无土栽培技术应用到水稻育秧上,创造了水稻肥水砂培育秧技术。即在不漏水的地膜上,用砂子作基质,用营养液培育秧苗的新技术。在低洼冷凉和盐碱性大的稻田地区能够育出壮秧,就为在这类土地上扩大种稻面积,提高水稻产量提供了有效措施。用此法已使哲盟万亩稻田改变了亩产100—150公斤的低产面貌。目前推广面积已达20万亩。
