目的研究五指莲重楼Paris axialis根茎中的化学成分。方法采用溶剂法提取,利用正相硅胶色谱、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20、反相制备色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从醋酸乙酯层和正丁醇层中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、豆甾醇(2)、薯蓣皂苷元(3)、薯蓣皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)β--D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、偏诺皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、薯蓣皂苷元-3-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖基(1→4)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、偏诺皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、木犀草素(8)、木犀草苷(9)、柚皮素(10)、槲皮素(11)和槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(12)。结论化合物1~3、7~12为首次从该种植物中分离得到,其中化合物8~10和12为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents in the stems of Paris axialis. Methods Solvent extraction and purification were carried out on normal phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and reverse phase preparative chromatography. The structures were identified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and other spectroscopic techniques. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol layers and identified as β-sitosterol (1), stigmasterol (2), diosgenin (3), diosgenin-3-O- (1 → 2) β-D-glucopyranoside (4), sapogenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl ) -β-D-glucopyranoside (5), diosgenin -3-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl (1 → 4) 2)] - β-D-glucopyranoside (6), sapogenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 4) - [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2)] - β-D- glucopyranoside (7), luteolin (8), luteolin (9) , Naringenin (10), quercetin (11) and quercetin -3-O-β-D-galactoside (12). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 3 and 7 ~ 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, compounds 8 ~ 10 and 12 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
