针对小型煤矿地质构造复杂、矿区规模小且多以分散的特殊的地质条件及矿井的开拓方式,主要分析了大倾角带式输送机在小型煤矿生产中应用的可行性。根据小型煤矿运输巷道的情况及工作条件选择了输送机的主要技术参数并对输送能力进行了设计计算,对输送机的驱动装置、输送带、制动装置等关键部件进行了设计。经实际使用,该输送机能满足小型煤矿的生产需要,提高了煤矿的生产效率。
In view of the complex geological structure of small coal mines, the small and scattered special geological conditions and the open way of mines, the feasibility of the application of large angle belt conveyors in small coal mines is analyzed. The main technical parameters of the conveyor are selected and the transportation capacity is designed and calculated according to the conditions and working conditions of the small coal mine roadway. The key components of the conveyor such as the driving device, the conveyer belt and the braking device are designed. The actual use of the conveyor to meet the production needs of small coal mines and improve the production efficiency of coal mines.
