采用水热法,以NiSO4、MgSO4和NaOH为主要原料制备纳米NiO-MgO复合粉体。通过正交试验对实验条件进行优化。结果表明:在Na2SO4溶液和MgSO4溶液浓度为1moL/L且溶液的PH值为8,在反应釜中以150℃保温2h,在700℃下煅烧3小时,制得良好的NiO-MgO固溶体,晶化度高,分散性好。
Hydrothermal method was used to prepare nano-NiO-MgO composite powder with NiSO4, MgSO4 and NaOH as main raw materials. The experimental conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. The results show that the good NiO-MgO solid solution is obtained when the concentration of Na2SO4 solution and MgSO4 solution is 1 mol / L and the pH value of the solution is 8, the reaction is carried out at 150 ℃ for 2h and at 700 ℃ for 3h.
