应用常规方法和一次性机械设计方法对一种航天飞行器舵机用双输入行星减速器齿轮轮齿分别进行了理论分析计算。通过分析结果可知,当常规设计方法的计算结果不满足强度条件时,在相同条件下按一次性机械设计方法验算的理论安全系数可达到3.96。对该样机的性能进行测试,其结果表明此型双输入行星减速器满足设计要求,验证了一次性机械设计方法的有效性和实用性。
A conventional method and a one-time mechanical design method were used to analyze and calculate the gear teeth of a two-input planetary reducer for a spacecraft servo. Through the analysis of the results, we can see that when the calculation results of the conventional design method do not meet the strength conditions, the theoretical safety factor calculated by the one-time mechanical design method under the same conditions can reach 3.96. The performance of this prototype is tested. The results show that this type of two-input planetary reducer meets the design requirements and validates the effectiveness and practicability of the one-time mechanical design method.
