目的:观察仙桔汤治疗慢性放射性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将43例患者随机分为2组,治疗组22例,给予朱良春教授经验方仙桔汤口服、坐浴治疗;对照组21例给予氟哌酸、思密达口服,复方普鲁卡因灌肠液保留灌肠治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.45%,对照组为71.43%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:仙桔汤治疗慢性放射性肠炎方法简单,疗效较好,费用低廉,安全性好。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xianzhiting Decoction in treating chronic radiation enteritis.
