骨髓抑制是肿瘤病人化疗常见的不良反应 ,临床常用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子 (Ｇ -ＣＳＦ)如生白素、粒生素、惠尔血皮下注射 ,取得满意效果。 2 0 0 2年 3月 3日 ,我科 1例患者皮下注射粒生素 75 μｇ后发生过敏反应 ,症状典型少见 ,现报告如下。1 病例介绍患者 ,女 ,5 4岁。
