本文首次将热膨胀电极位移法用于机器人点焊.采用高精度、高分辨率的光栅位移传感系统,对机器人点焊电极位移变化规律进行了研究.试验结果表明,测量数据准确,重复性高,为电极位移法用于机器人点焊质量监控提供了新的途径
This article for the first time the thermal expansion electrode displacement method for robotic spot welding. The grating displacement sensing system with high precision and high resolution is used to study the variation law of displacement of robot welding electrodes. The experimental results show that the measurement data are accurate and repeatable, which provides a new way for the quality control of robot spot welding by the electrode displacement method
