在MSC/C++7.0集成环境下成功地开发了一个完整的焊接金相组织参数自动测量系统。该系统具有完善的功能和友善的人机界面,操作灵活,运行可靠,满足定量金相的要求。可对晶粒、第二相粒子、片状组织和焊缝夹杂物的特征参数进行测量与计算。这对于建立焊接接头性能与其组织参数间的定量关系、合理选择工艺参数、提高焊接质量和发展定量焊接冶金具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
In the MSC / C ++ 7.0 integrated environment successfully developed a complete welding metallographic parameters automatic measurement system. The system has a perfect function and friendly man-machine interface, flexible operation, reliable operation, to meet the requirements of quantitative metallography. The characteristic parameters of the grains, second phase particles, flake and weld inclusions can be measured and calculated. This has important theoretical significance and practical value for establishing the quantitative relationship between the performance of the welded joint and its organizational parameters, reasonably selecting the process parameters, improving the welding quality and developing the quantitative welding metallurgy.
