本院从1975年7月至1982年12月共收治上领窦癌118例,占同期全院收治恶性肿瘤的2％,在头颈部恶性肿瘤中占4％,居第五位。临床资料性别与年龄男83例(70％),女35例(30％),男女之比为2.4:1。年龄13～70岁,平均51.4岁。40—69岁为高发年龄,占74.6％。病理本组均有X线片诊断,其中有病理证实者84例,包括鳞癌55例(65.5％),腺样囊性癌4例,腺癌4例,乳头状瘤恶变6例,粘液表皮样癌2例,未分化癌2例,恶性混合瘤1例,癌(未分类)10例。
From July 1975 to December 1982, this hospital received 118 cases of upper sinus cancer, which accounted for 2% of malignant tumors in the whole hospital during the same period. It accounted for 4% of head and neck cancers, ranking fifth. The clinical data on gender and age were 83 males (70%) and 35 females (30%). The male to female ratio was 2.4:1. Age 13 to 70 years old, average 51.4 years old. 40-69 is a high age, accounting for 74.6%. The pathology of this group were diagnosed by X-ray, of which there were 84 pathologically confirmed cases, including 55 cases (65.5%) of squamous cell carcinoma, 4 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma, 4 cases of adenocarcinoma, 6 cases of malignant papilloma, mucus epidermis There were 2 cases of carcinoma, 2 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma, 1 case of malignant mixed tumor, and 10 cases of carcinoma (not classified).
