大庆油田为解决油田地面工程在油井产物的计量、抽油机井和生产过程的自动控制、油气分离、加热、原油脱水和含油污水处理等方面存在的技术问题,利用世界银行贷款引进“地面典型站”,该站要满足以下要求: 对管辖范围內的原油生产井生产的油、气、水混合物进行收集、处理(包括分离、加热和原油脱水等)和计量,并输送到指定地点。对管辖范围內的抽油机井,能根据井底的动态和抽油机的情况进行自动控制,能对站内的生产过程进行自动控制。对原油中脱出的含油污水进行处理,达到注水水质的要求。该站的设计要求采用先进的技术、工艺、设备和仪器仪表,使它能对其它类似的站起指导作用。本文着重报导对引进设备、仪器仪表的性能和技术指标,以及有关油田地面工程中的技术问题等。
