目的了解唐山市护士离职倾向现状及影响因素,为有效降低护士离职率,保持护理队伍的稳定提供科学的依据和建议。方法随机抽取唐山市二级医院675名护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表和离职倾向量表调查护士的离职倾向。结果唐山市二级医院护士离职倾向较高,得分为(13.18±3.69)分,其影响因素为学历、职务、用工性质及工作年限。结论唐山市二级医院护士离职倾向较高,医院管理者应该通过采取岗前培训、职业规划、提高薪酬等措施,有力降低护士的离职率,稳定护理队伍,促进医疗卫生事业健康发展。
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of turnover intention of nurses in Tangshan City, and to provide scientific basis and suggestions for effectively reducing the turnover rate of nurses and maintaining the stability of the nursing team. Methods A total of 675 nurses in Tangshan Second Hospital were randomly selected as the survey subjects. The general data questionnaire and turnover intention scale were used to investigate the turnover intention of nurses. Results The secondary hospital in Tangshan City, leaving a higher tendency to leave, score was (13.18 ± 3.69) points, the impact of factors such as academic qualifications, job title, nature of employment and length of service. Conclusion The turnover intention of nurses in the second grade hospitals in Tangshan is higher. Hospital managers should effectively reduce the turnover rate of nurses, stabilize the nursing team and promote the healthy development of the medical and health undertakings by adopting pre-service training, career planning and raising salary.
