本文应用体外细胞培养技术,通过测定豚鼠肺泡巨噬细胞培养液中乳酸脱氢酶活性、人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞的DNA合成及扫描电镜观察,研究了我国有代表性的4种硬质合金粉尘的细胞毒性。结果表明,硬质合金粉尘可引起乳酸脱氢酶活性一定程度升高,和成纤维细胞DNA合成不同程度降低,以及细胞表面形态学改变,说明硬质合金粉尘具有一定的生物学作用,其细胞毒性明显低于二氧化硅粉尘。
