一、强化教师责任心是提高教学质量的前提教师最大的心愿是希望学生成才,最大的需要是得到人们的认可和尊重,最大的追求是事业的成就和自我价值的实现。责任心是一个人为人处事、干好工作的宝贵品质。干一行、爱一行,忠于职守;把工作上的事当成自己的事,尽心尽力,负责到底。做一个负责任的人,机遇常常会向你招手,幸运也会在你不经意间来临。营造一种爱岗敬业、教书育人、为人师表的风气,激励大家顽强拼搏的高昂斗志,培养无私奉献的良好心态,塑造全新的精神风貌。教师应多一点冷静,少一点浮躁;多一点勤奋,少一点懒惰;多一点激情,少一点颓丧。

Teachers should be a little more calm, less impetuous; a little more diligent, less lazy; a little more passion, less depressed.
