提出了煤体爆破破碎分维评价方法和分维比概念 ,考虑了煤体原始结构特征对煤体爆破破碎效果的影响。通过主因素分析 ,明确了爆破参数与分形维数、分维比的相关关系以及影响的显著性大小 ,探讨了不同分维和分维比的表征含义。在单自由面深孔煤体爆破的条件下 ,爆破块度相似分维与分维比体现了顶煤预爆破破裂裂隙的整体分布 ,可作为定量评价爆破方案的主要指标 ,表面裂隙分维测量计算简易 ,是煤体内部裂隙的外在表现 ,可作为初步评价爆破方案的定量指标。应用煤体爆破破碎分维评价方法对大同矿务局忻州窑矿坚硬顶煤进行了预爆破研究 ,取得了很好的经济效益。
The fractal dimension evaluation method and the concept of fractal dimension of coal blasting are proposed, and the influence of the original structure of coal on the blasting effect of coal blasting is considered. Through the analysis of principal factor, the correlation between blasting parameters and fractal dimension, fractal dimension and the significance of impact were clarified, and the meanings of different fractal dimension and fractal dimension ratio were discussed. Under the condition of single free-surface deep-hole coal body blasting, the similar fractal dimension and fractal dimension of blasting block reflect the overall distribution of the pre-blasting cracks in the top coal, which can be used as the main index to quantitatively evaluate the blasting scheme. Fracture dimension of surface fractures The calculation is simple and it is the external manifestation of the internal cracks in the coal body, which can be used as a quantitative index for preliminary evaluation of the blasting scheme. Applying fractal dimension evaluation method of coal blasting to research the pre-blasting of hard top coal in Xinzhou kiln mine in Datong Mining Bureau, it has achieved good economic benefits.
