目的:检测Ⅲ型前列腺炎大鼠血-前列腺屏障中紧密连接蛋白(occludin蛋白)的表达数量,探讨其表达数量与Ⅲ型前列腺炎的相关性。方法:将30只雄性3月龄SD大鼠随机分成三组(n=10):对照组(A组),假手术组(B组),Ⅲ型前列腺炎模型组(C组)。A组正常饲养不做特殊处理,B组在大鼠前列腺内注入20μl生理盐水,C组在大鼠前列腺内注入20μl完全弗氏佐剂。7天后处死大鼠,取前列腺组织。用免疫组织化学法测定三组大鼠前列腺组织中occludin蛋白的表达量。结果:A组与B组大鼠前列腺腺管上皮中occludin蛋白的表达数量均高于C组(P<0.05),但A、B两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血-前列腺屏障中occludin蛋白的表达数量与Ⅲ型前列腺炎的发生具有相关性;Ⅲ型前列腺炎中血-前列腺屏障中occludin蛋白的表达数量降低。
Objective: To detect the expression of tight junction protein (occludin protein) in the blood-prostate barrier of type Ⅲ prostatitis rats and to explore the relationship between its expression and type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods: Thirty male 3-month-old SD rats were randomly divided into three groups (n = 10): control group (group A), sham operation group (group B) and type Ⅲ prostatitis model group (group C). A group of normal feeding without special treatment, B group in the rat prostate injection of 20μl of saline, C group in the rat prostate injection of 20μl complete Freund’s adjuvant. After 7 days, the rats were sacrificed and the prostate tissue was removed. The expression of occludin protein in the prostate tissue of the three groups was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of occludin protein in prostate gland epithelium of group A and group B was higher than that of group C (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of occludin protein in the blood-prostate barrier is correlated with the occurrence of type Ⅲ prostatitis. The expression of occludin protein in the blood-prostate barrier is reduced in type Ⅲ prostatitis.
