急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者多有恶心、呕吐、腹胀、纳差等明显上消化道症状,为探讨急性肝炎病人急性期胃、十二指肠粘膜变化的特点,笔者于1991年3月至5月对56例急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者进行了胃镜检查,现报道如下。
