【目的】研究北京市3~6岁儿童生活方式对体质的影响,改善并提高儿童体质。【方法】以幼儿园为单位按照分层整群抽样原则抽取36所幼儿园的6 405名儿童进行家长问卷调查,调查儿童的生活方式对儿童体质综合评级的影响。【结果】睡眠时间、上幼儿园情况、户外活动时间及室内娱乐时间4个指标对儿童体质评级的影响具有显著性。其中儿童在园所的时间越长其体质综合评级的优秀率就越高,具有8~10 h睡眠时间、1~2 h户外活动时间以及30 min~1 h室内娱乐时间的儿童其体质综合评级优秀率是最高的。【结论】生活方式是影响儿童体质综合评级的因素,改变儿童的生活方式对提高儿童体质起到积极的作用。
【Objective】 To study the impact of lifestyle of children aged 3-6 years in Beijing on physical fitness, and to improve and enhance children’s physical fitness. 【Method】 A total of 6,405 children from 36 kindergartens were selected according to the principle of stratified cluster sampling in kindergarten to investigate the impact of children’s lifestyle on children’s comprehensive physical rating. 【Results】 The effects of sleep time, kindergarten situation, outdoor activities time and indoor recreation time on children’s physique rating were significant. Among them, the longer the children spend in the park, the higher the excellent rate of physical comprehensive rating is. The comprehensive physical rating of children with 8 ~ 10 h sleep time, 1 ~ 2 h outdoor activity time and 30 min ~ 1 h indoor recreation time Excellent rate is the highest. 【Conclusion】 Life style is a factor that affects children’s overall fitness rating. Changing children’s lifestyle plays a positive role in improving children’s physical fitness.
