“国内统一刊号”既用于图书馆情报部门的期刊记到、分类排架、读者查询和目录组织等项工作,也用于计算机标识、检索以及期刊再版分类.它在期刊中的标示规范.在 GB9999-88《中国标准刊号》中已有明确规定.但是笔者从784种期刊的抽样调查中发现,许多期刊的“国内统一刊号”的标示存在以下种种不规范、不标准的现象.笔者就此提出建议:1.说明文字五花八门,很不规范,建议按有关国家标准一律采用“国内统一刊号”2.中国代码(CN)应一律用大写字体印刷,不能用小写字体印刷.
