评述了国内外政务信息化的相关政策背景;通过挖掘最新的内蒙古政务信息化建设测评数据,结合我国的区域特性,论述了当前我国政务不协调的现状和省域内的分布情况;分析当前我国省域政务信息化发展存在的主要问题;提出了统筹发展我国省域政务信息化的相应对策。
