在粉体工程学中,粉体比重是其研究工作中一个重要的测定项目,所采用的仪器是李氏比重瓶。针对近年来在粉体比重的测定过程中,经常出现测定结果不稳定的情况,进行了比重瓶的校正实验。其方法是采用容积法,利用标准滴定管对李氏比重瓶进行校正。结果表明:实验室用李氏比重瓶刻度值分布不均匀;利用容积法校正李氏比重瓶方法可行,且操作简便,结果准确度较高,可以满足仪器标定的基本要求;目前市面出售的李氏比重瓶多有一定的误差,需要在使用前进行校正,以确保测定结果的准确性。
