随着光纤在军事领域应用的不断扩大,对光纤可靠性和温度特性的要求也更为苛刻。本文从工艺角度讨论了光纤的结构、预制棒表面的处理方法、石墨发热体的清洁处理以及涂覆工艺等制备条件对光纤强度的影响,建立了国内第一套符合军事领域运用的高强度大长度光纤制备工艺,用该工艺拉制出经2%(1.4GPa)应变筛选的高强度光纤,最大幸存长度达7.7km。
As the application of optical fibers in the military field continues to expand, the requirements for optical fiber reliability and temperature characteristics are also more demanding. This article discusses the influence of the conditions of the optical fiber on the strength of the fiber, such as the structure of the optical fiber, the processing method of the preform surface, the cleaning treatment of the graphite heating element, and the coating process, etc., and establishes the first high-intensity large-scale application in the military field in China. Length fiber preparation process, using this process to pull out the high-strength optical fiber 2% (1.4GPa) strain screening, the maximum surviving length of 7.7km.
