目的初步探讨茵陈蒿的抗氧化活性。方法通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱进行化合物的分离与制备,基于化合物的理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据,对化合物的结构进行鉴定,通过氧自由基吸收能力(oxygen radical absorbance capacity,ORAC)、还原能力及细胞内抗氧化能力评价其抗氧化活性。结果从中分离出2个香豆素类化合物,分别鉴定为滨蒿內酯(scoparone 1)、东莨菪素(scopoletin 2)。活性实验结果显示,滨蒿內酯及东莨菪素均具有一定的抗氧化能力,并且在不同抗氧化体系中的抗氧化活性与浓度相关。结论在探讨茵陈蒿抗氧化活性过程当中分离鉴定了2个香豆素类化合物。滨蒿內酯、东莨菪素均具有良好的抗氧化活性,并且东莨菪素的抗氧化活性优于滨蒿內酯。
Objective To investigate the antioxidant activity of Artemisia capillaris. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of the compounds were identified based on the physicochemical properties and NMR spectra of the compounds. The oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) , Reducing ability and intracellular antioxidant capacity to evaluate its antioxidant activity. Results Two coumarins were isolated and identified as scoparone 1 and scopoletin 2 respectively. The results of the activity test showed that both scopolamine and scopolamine had certain antioxidant capacity, and the antioxidant activity in different antioxidant systems was related to the concentration. Conclusion Two coumarins were isolated and identified during their antioxidant activities. Scopolamine and scopolamine all have good antioxidant activity, and scopolamine is better than scopolamine in anti-oxidation activity.
