作者认为一些企业对标准体系感到困惑的原因,主要是由于所选体系结构的功能不能满足企业变革的要求。解决的办法就是改变结构,即变一体化的分类结构为分布式的模块化结构。这样做,不仅可以充分发挥标准的功能还可推动企业标准化工作转型,即由“制标主导型”向“应用主导型”转变。
The author believes that some companies are confused about the standard system, mainly because of the function of the selected architecture can not meet the requirements of business transformation. The solution is to change the structure, that is, the integrated classification structure is a distributed and modular structure. In doing so, not only can the standard functions be fully utilized, but also the transformation of enterprise standardization can be promoted, that is, from “standard-oriented system” to “application-oriented system.”
