目的探讨围手术期护理干预应用于食管癌患者的临床效果。方法 40例食管癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理,观察比较两组患者护理满意度。结果观察组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者手术成功不仅取决于高超的手术技术,还取决于有效的综合护理,可提高患者的护理满意度,降低并发症的发生率,促进患者早日康复,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention on esophageal cancer patients. Methods Forty patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 cases in each group. Control group routine nursing, observation group comprehensive nursing, observing and comparing two groups of patients nursing satisfaction. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The successful operation of esophageal cancer patients depends not only on the superb surgical techniques, but also on the effective comprehensive care, which can improve patient satisfaction with nursing, reduce the incidence of complications and promote the early recovery of patients, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
