用 3,5 二硝基苯甲酰化的β 环糊精 (β_CD) 硅胶手性固定相 ,结合正己烷_异丙醇 ,甲醇_φ =1%乙酸三乙胺 (TEAA ,pH 4 1) ,乙腈_φ =1%TEAA 3种流动相系统和紫外检测器 ,高效液相色谱拆分了 11对生物碱类手性药物对映体 ,取得了良好的分离效果 ,相对保留值≥ 1 2 9,分离度≥ 1 41。对手性拆分机理、色谱条件的优化和影响拆分效果的因素进行了较深入的研究和讨论
A 3,5-dinitrobenzoylated β-cyclodextrin (β_CD) silica gel chiral stationary phase was combined with n-hexane-isopropanol, methanol_φ = 1% triethylamine acetate (TEAA, pH 4 1) , Acetonitrile _φ = 1% TEAA three kinds of mobile phase system and UV detector, high performance liquid chromatography resolution of 11 pairs of alkaloids chiral drug enantiomers, and achieved good separation, the relative retention ≥ 1 2 9, resolution ≥ 1 41. The mechanism of chiral resolution, the optimization of chromatographic conditions and the factors affecting the resolution are discussed and discussed in more depth
