2007年初,舒兰市委紧紧围绕省委确定的“三创两建”工作目标,创新工作载体,在全市村级党组织中开展了创建“有活力支部”活动。市委在创建“有活力支部”活动中,把发展作为第一要务,把群众利益放在第一位,注重激发基层党组织的内在动力,深化活动内容,强化活动措施,使农村基层组织呈现出以党建推进发展、以发展促进和谐的良好局面。
