三菱化学推出一种新型碳纤维复合材料,用该材料制作汽车部件,成本仅为现有材料的一半,这给未来大众市场汽车应用强力、轻型部件带来了光明的前景。通过将碳纤维织物浸入布满长为2~3 cm纤维的树脂中,可得到上述碳纤维复合材料。树脂材料易于成型,加工之前质地柔软,因而可在快速加工(通常在2~5 min)后,通过模压工艺获得汽车所需的零部件。
Mitsubishi Chemical introduced a new type of carbon fiber composite material used to make automotive parts, the cost is only half of the existing materials, which will bring bright prospects for powerful mass parts and lightweight components for the mass market in the future. The carbon fiber composite material can be obtained by immersing the carbon fiber fabric in a resin filled with fibers of 2 to 3 cm in length. Resin material is easy to shape and soft to texture prior to processing, thus making it possible to obtain the parts needed for a car by means of a compression process after rapid processing (usually 2 to 5 minutes).
