本文论述了一水硬铝石型堆积铝土矿的浮选脱硅和磁选除铁。用氧化石蜡皂作捕收剂,碳酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和腐植酸钠作调整剂,一水硬铝石的浮选性能良好。经过浮选,铝精矿中Al_2O_3回收率88.19%时,可以脱除48.15%的SiO_2,铝硅比提高到15.23,比原矿提高约1.7倍。原矿直接磁选表明,铝精矿中Al_2O_3的回收率为82.62—78.25%时,Fe_2O_3的脱除率为68.97—75.44%,精矿中Fe_2O_3的含量下降到8.59—6.97%。通过选矿可为拜尔法或联合法生产氧化铝创造有利条件。
This paper discusses the flotation desilication and magnetic separation of iron-diaspore in diasporic accumulation bauxite. Flotation performance of diaspore is good with the use of oxidized paraffin soap as collector, sodium carbonate, sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium humate as modifiers. After flotation, the recovery of Al_2O_3 in aluminum concentrate can be removed by 48.15% SiO_2 at 88.19%. The ratio of aluminum to silicon is increased to 15.23, which is 1.7 times higher than that of crude ore. Direct magnetic separation of ore showed that the recovery rate of Fe 2 O 3 was 68.97-75.44% and the content of Fe 2 O 3 in concentrate decreased to 8.59-6.97% when the recovery of Al 2 O 3 in aluminum concentrate was 82.62-78.25%. Beneficiation can be created by beneficiation for the Bayer process or the joint production of alumina.
