结节病累及腹部较少见且缺乏特异性,文献报道常见的CT表现有非特异性肝、脾肿大,后腹膜淋巴结肿大及罕见的肝、脾结节。作者报道了5例腹部结节病并结合文献复习,以探讨肝、脾结节病的各种CT表现。5例均为女性,年龄25～46岁,为肝或脾结节病病人。应用对比增强CT进行检查分析。并用文献分析和检索系统查找了1966～1995年间的医学文献。
Sarcoidosis involving the abdomen is rare and lack of specificity. Common CT manifestations in the literature are nonspecific liver, splenomegaly, retroperitoneal lymph nodes and rare liver and spleen nodules. The authors reported 5 cases of abdomen sarcoidosis combined with literature review to explore various CT manifestations of liver and spleen sarcoidosis. 5 cases were female, aged 25 to 46 years old, liver or spleen and sarcoidosis patients. Contrast enhancement CT examination analysis. And with the literature analysis and retrieval system to find the medical literature from 1966 to 1995.
