目的掌握珠海市某医院医学放射工作人员的职业健康状况。方法暴露组选取医院135名放射线工作者,对照组选取该院150名不从事放射线工作人员。检查项目参照《放射工作人员职业健康监护技术规范》[1]标准,对获取资料进行统计分析。结果暴露组白细胞异常、甲状腺功能、眼晶状体混浊和视力异常率项目高于对照组。结论该院放射工作人员已经受到不同程度的职业健康危害,应加强对放射仪器和工作人员的防护,以减少放射线职业危害。
Objective To understand occupational health status of medical radiation workers in a hospital in Zhuhai. Methods 135 radiation workers in the hospital were selected as the method of exposure and 150 in the control group were selected as radiation workers. The inspection items refer to the “Technical Specifications for Occupational Health Monitoring of Radiation Workers” [1] and carry out statistical analysis on the obtained data. Results The leukocytosis, thyroid function, ocular lens opacity and visual acuity rate in the exposed group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The radiation workers in this hospital have been endangered by different degrees of occupational health. The protection of radiological equipment and staff should be strengthened to reduce occupational hazards of radiation.
