本文针对目前新兴产业统计标准制定和应用缺乏规范的现状,通过研究国内外产业分类和新兴产业相关理论,结合北京市近年进行的文化创意产业、生产性服务业、物流、会展等新兴产业统计标准研制和新产业统计监测工作实践,制定出今后编制新产业统计分类标准应遵循的原则;同时对标准制定工作中的重点难点问题提出解决办法,研究了较为实用的三种标准制定的工作流程模版。
This article aims at the current situation of the lack of standardization and application of the emerging industry statistical standards. By studying the domestic and foreign industrial classification and the related theory of emerging industries, combined with the statistical standards of emerging industries such as cultural and creative industries, producer services, logistics and exhibitions in recent years in Beijing, Research and development of new industry statistics and monitoring work practices to develop the future preparation of the new industry statistics classification criteria should be followed by the principle of the same time on the standard formulation work on the key issues to solve the problem and study the more practical three standard-setting workflow templates .
