以甘蓝对甘蓝型油菜授粉后,观察花粉在柱头上附着、萌发,花粉管在柱头表面和花柱中生长,以及杂种早期的胚胎发育。结果表明,该杂交组合的主要障碍在于杂交不亲和,表现在甘蓝花粉粒很难在甘蓝油菜柱头上萌发以及萌发的花粉管难于穿过沉积有胼胝质的柱头乳突细胞。这种不亲和反应与孢子体自交不亲和反应在形态上十分相似。初步提出了解决该杂交组合不育的可能途径。
After pollination of Brassica napus, we observed the attachment and germination of pollen on stigma, the growth of pollen tube on stigma surface and style, and early hybrid embryo development. The results showed that the main obstacle to the hybridization was incompatibility of hybridization. The results showed that it was difficult for cabbage pollen grains to germinate on the stigma of Brassica napus and pollen germination was difficult to pass through the stigma papilla cells deposited on calli. This incompatibility reaction and sporozoite self-incompatibility reaction is morphologically very similar. The possible ways to solve the infertility of this hybrid combination are proposed.
