1.暖风机不热东风_4型0082号机车,1985年入冬后司机反映热风机不热。检修车间认真地逐段检查了循环管路,并更换了热风机散热器,确认各部分状态良好。但机车在低手柄位运行时,热风机尚有些微热,而高手柄位时,热风机却成为冷风机,此时,热风机散热器的放气阀放不出水,手触在阀口处有向里吸气的感觉。连续两次定检均未查出原因。直到第二年2月,因柴油机水温高,查找原因时发现膨胀水箱通往高温水泵的补水管堵塞(补水管中间的橡胶管内层剥离所致)。更换胶管后水温高的问题获得解决,热风机不热的问题也意外地随之解
