随着市场经济的逐步建立和我国行政体制改革的深入,政府绩效评估作为行政管理制度创新和有效管理工具越来越受到重视,近年来我国政府绩效评估取得了很大成绩,但当前政府绩效评估在实践中也面临着诸多困境.因此,本文认为,提高公务员对政府绩效评估的认识水平,建立科学合理的政府绩效评估体系,扩大评估主体,让民众和第三部门参与政府绩效评估是走出政府绩效评估困境的基本对策.
