中国核学会核能动力学会第二次工作会议于1989年8月5日至20日在青岛海洋潜艇学院召开。出席会议的代表44名。除学会顾问、理事以及专业委员会负责人外,还邀请中国核学会理事长姜圣阶,国务院核电办副主任除增庆及能源部副总工程师臧明昌等有关领导。开幕式上,海军北海舰队、潜艇基地、潜艇学院和青岛市科协等单位的领导到会祝贺。
The second working meeting of the Nuclear Society of China Nuclear Society was held in Qingdao Ocean Submarine Academy from August 5th to 20th, 1989. 44 delegates attended the meeting. In addition to academic advisors, directors and heads of professional committees, Jiang Shengjie, Chairman of the China Nuclear Society, and Deputy Director of the Nuclear Power Office of the State Council, in addition to Zeng Qingchang, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Ministry of Energy and other relevant leaders were invited. At the opening ceremony, the leaders of the Navy North Sea Fleet, Submarine Base, Submarine Academy, Qingdao Science Association and other units attended the ceremony.
