本文从社会学角度提出了“高科技现象”的概念。在此基础上，作者分析了“高科技现象”产生、形成和发展的社会历史原因，对人们科学地把握“高科技”问题，增强科技兴国意识有一定的积极作用。
This article proposes the concept of “high-tech phenomenon” from the perspective of sociology. On this basis, the author analyzes the social and historical reasons for the emergence, formation and development of the “high-tech phenomenon” and has a certain positive effect on people’s grasping the “high-tech” issue scientifically and enhancing the awareness of rejuvenating the country through science and technology.
