针对不完备检查间隔计算缺乏有效方法的现状,考虑检查的不完备性,引入延迟时间模型。以可靠性为约束、以费用为目标,以检查间隔为优化变量,建立了等间隔不完备检查间隔的计算模型。通过实例验证了模型的有效性和经济性。同时,研究了不同潜在故障检出率对最优维修间隔的影响。
In view of the current situation of lack of effective methods for calculating the incomplete inspection interval, the incompleteness of the inspection is considered and the delay time model is introduced. Taking the reliability as the constraint and the cost as the goal, the checking interval is taken as the optimization variable, and the calculation model of the interval checking with the equal interval is established. The validity and economy of the model are verified by examples. At the same time, the influence of different potential fault detection rate on the optimal maintenance interval was studied.
