以ST/DVB共聚物为原料,研究了反应温度与反应时间对表面磺化树脂的容量和离子色谱分离性能的影响。实验表明,99℃时磺化速度比60℃快得多。99℃磺化1分钟和60℃磺化21分钟得到的树脂的容量几乎相同,约0.03meq./g。但二者的色谱分离性能有显著差别。在相近的色谱条件下,其Na~+、K~+分离度R_(Na~+-k~+),理论板数N_(Na~+)、N_(k~+)分别为3.06和1.16,848和174,2218和383(块/米)。从而说明以前提出的磺化深度的概念对指导低容量树脂的制备是没有意义的。
The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on the capacity and ion chromatography performance of surface sulfonated resin were investigated using ST / DVB copolymer as raw material. Experiments show that when 99 ℃ sulfonation rate is much faster than 60 ℃. Sulfonation at 99 ° C for 1 minute and sulfonation at 60 ° C for 21 minutes gave approximately the same capacity of about 0.03 meq./g of resin. However, the chromatographic separation of the two have significant differences.
