目的全面了解2008─2013年新疆沙湾县居民户合格碘盐食用情况,动态评价全县人群碘营养状况,为今后的碘缺乏病监测工作提供科学依据。方法按照《新疆维吾尔自治区碘缺乏病监测方案》的要求开展监测工作。结果2008─2013年共监测居民户盐样1 752份,其中合格1 722份,不合格27份,非碘盐3份;碘盐覆盖率为99.8%,碘盐合格率98.3%,合格碘盐食用率98.3%,盐碘均数31.7 mg/kg。结论沙湾县碘盐覆盖率及居民户合格碘盐食用率明显上升,已达到了国家碘缺乏病的消除标准,但仍有非碘盐检出,相关部门应加大对偏远地区农牧民的健康教育,使其认识到碘盐和碘缺乏病之间的关系,降低碘缺乏病的发病率。
Objective To comprehensively understand the consumption of qualified iodized salt among residents in Shawan County, Xinjiang Autonomous Region from 2008 to 2013 and to dynamically evaluate the iodine nutrition status of the population in the whole county, so as to provide a scientific basis for the future monitoring of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods The monitoring work was carried out in accordance with the “Surveillance Program for Iodine Deficiency Disorders in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region”. Results A total of 1 752 salt samples were collected from residents in 2008-2013, of which 1 722 were qualified, 27 were unqualified and 3 were non-iodized salt. The coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.8% and the pass rate of iodized salt was 98.3% The consumption rate was 98.3%, and the average salt iodine number was 31.7 mg / kg. Conclusion The coverage rate of iodized salt in Shawan County and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt of household have risen obviously. The standard of elimination of iodine deficiency disorders has been reached in China. However, non-iodized salt is still detected, and relevant departments should step up efforts to increase the consumption of peasants and herdsmen in remote areas Of health education to make it aware of the relationship between iodized salt and iodine deficiency disorders and reduce the incidence of iodine deficiency disorders.
