将结构修饰过并采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵有机插层改性的白云母与环氧树脂复合,加入潜伏性固化剂,制得环氧树脂/白云母纳米复合材料,通过DSC,TG,IR及力学性能测试对该材料的固化性能、热性能及粘接性能进行了研究。结果表明,当白云母加入量为环氧树脂质量的3%时,固化峰值温度最高(171.11℃)耐热性最好(400℃残炭率55.9%);加入量为5%时,拉伸强度最大,达到1.064GPa。
The structure was modified and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide organic intercalation modified mica and epoxy resin composite, adding latent curing agent, epoxy / white mica nanocomposites prepared by DSC , TG, IR and mechanical properties of the material curing properties, thermal properties and adhesion properties were studied. The results showed that when the content of muscovite was 3% of the epoxy resin, the highest curing peak temperature (171.11 ℃) was the best (55.9% carbon residue at 400 ℃); when the addition amount was 5% The largest intensity, reaching 1.064GPa.
